Interviews

We believe that interviewing people is an art and a talent. Michaela’s interview skills are second to none and just one of the reasons why clients come back to work with her. They know that Michaela’s interviews, combined with her insightful analysis of the stories people tell, will unearth trends and patterns that would otherwise go unnoticed.

Face to Face Interviews

Face to face, in person interviews ensure that the data we collect captures and reflects a multitude of meanings embedded in each story being told – emotions, behaviours, as well as words.

Telephone Interviews

Our flexible approach means that we know that sometimes it is simply easier, more convenient, or preferable to conduct interviews by telephone. We don’t consider telephone interviews a second best option but rather a valid method in and of itself. We apply the same rigorous skills as to face to face interviews to generate meaningful data and actionable insights.

Get Results with Interviews

Did you know that...

…face to face interviews are one of the oldest yet most popular forms of data collection. Minimising non-response and maximising the quality of the data collected, interviews build rapport, investigate issues and opinions, and deepen understanding.

Adding a human dimension to data, the results of both telephone and face to face interviews can inform decision making, strategy, structure and resources.
