Michaela has a solid academic background as a Social Scientist and has led a number of research projects in both the voluntary and statutory sectors. She has become renowned for her ability to collect meaningful insights and data which is just one of the many reasons why her loyal client base comes back to work with her time and time again.
Her work as a Research Consultant in Newcastle has resulted in the exploration of a varied and wide range of topics, including public health, health care, service development, gender equality, social cohesion, mental health, young adult health care, NHS, primary care, asylum seekers/refugees/migration, higher education, chronic pain, user involvement and service design.
